All Sales final - No Refunds or exchanges. NO CASH VALUE/REFUND. Event date, time and price subject to change without notice. Jefferson County Fair is a rain or shine event. Jefferson County Fair reserves the right, without refund, to cancel any performance if in the opinion of the County, conditions exist which render the performance impossible, infeasible or unsafe. All persons and vehicles are subject to search prior to, or upon entry to the grounds. Ticket user assumes all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the event. Jefferson County reserves the right, without refund, to refuse admission or eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venue and any applicable laws. Ticket holder consents to use of his/her image. Ticket holder expressly releases the venue, county, participants, performers, artists, ticketing agency and any employees, staff, administration, board members, volunteers and agents from any and all claims that the ticket holder has or may have that arise in any way from the event.

The Jefferson County Fair requires all patrons, regardless of age, to have a ticket for Grandstand and Main Stage events when tickets are required for entry. The Jefferson County Fair will allow one child lap ticket without charge for a child attending an event with a ticketed adult. To obtain a complimentary lap ticket, the accompanying adult can request a lap ticket at the Jefferson County Fair Office. The Jefferson County Fair defines a lap child as any child less than 2 years of age, seated on the lap of the accompanying adult. Adult tickets must be purchased in order for an infant to have his or her own seat. In the case of general admission standing room only sections, the child must be carried by the accompanying adult. Shoulder carrying is not permitted by any person of any age. Baby carriers will be allowed, but may be subject to search at security check points. Car seats and strollers are not allowed at Grandstand and Main Stage events when tickets are required for entry.
