Frequently Asked Questions

When does the storage season start and end?
Storage begins as early as October 30th, and all units must be picked up by April 13, 2025.

Can I take my unit out of storage early?
If you think you might need to take your unit out early (like in March), just let us know when you drop it off. This way, we can place it in a spot that’s easier to access. Keep in mind, early removals are limited, and there may be additional fees for the extra labor needed to release your unit.

What are the storage buildings like?
• Indoor Storage: Your unit will be safely stored in an enclosed, locked building with a concrete or sand floor. Please note that it’s unheated.
• Outdoor Storage - Uncovered: Units are stored in clusters of similar vehicles outside, with no protection from the weather.
• Outdoor Storage - Covered: We have several open-air barns with overhead cover. While these provide some protection, the sides are open, so your unit isn’t fully shielded from the weather.

How do we measure the length of your unit?
• Boats: When measuring your boat, be sure to include everything from the tip of the trailer tongue to the end of the boat motor. Think of it as measuring from “Tip to Toe.”
• Pull-behind Campers: For campers, measure the full length, starting from the hitch all the way to the furthest point at the rear of the vehicle.
• Cars and RVs: Measure these from bumper to bumper.
• Motorcycles and Small Cars/Campers: If your storage unit is less than 10 feet long, please note that there’s a minimum charge for 10 feet.

When can I pick up my unit?
We’ll be releasing all units between April 8 - 13, 2025. Please check your calendar when dropping off to choose a pick-up date that works best for you.
Can I access my unit during the storage season?
Generally, no. Our buildings are locked to maintain security, and we have limited staff. However, if you have a special need, like checking the battery or showing it to a potential buyer, we can discuss special accommodations on a case-by-case basis.

Will there be someone to help when I arrive for drop-off?
Absolutely! Our team will be there to help with the check-in process. We’ll take a final measurement of your unit, make note of any existing damage, and ensure we have all the information we need.

What should I bring with me at drop-off?
Please bring any questions you might have about your unit. We’ll also ask for the date you plan to pick up your unit in April, so we can make the release process as smooth as possible.
