Calling all farm truck enthusiasts! Get ready for the Working Farm Pick-Up Contest at the Jefferson County Fair on Wednesday, July 10. This event is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to enter their working farm pickup into a fun and exciting contest at the fair. We invite everyone to bring their drivable, licensed farm pickups and showcase them to the public.

Participants will display their farm pickups in the "Heart of the Park," located between the Activity Center and the Dairy Barn. The public will have the chance to judge the farm pickups, making this a truly interactive experience. Judging will be open from Noon until 6:00 pm, with a designated area for the public to receive judging forms and instructions. Three awards will be given: Rusty Crusty, Old Reliable, Hot Mess, and the Mighty Machine. Awards will be announced at approximately 6:30 pm. To join the fun, register below with a $10.00 entry fee per farm pickup. All fees will directly support the awards, and the registration deadline is July 8th.

Join Us for Hero's Day at the Jefferson County Fair!

Celebrate and honor the heroes of Jefferson County at Hero's Day on Thursday, July 11. This special event will feature veterans groups, local law enforcement, firefighters, and armed services representatives, all coming together to showcase their dedication and service to our community.

Visit the "Heart of the Park" from 9 am to 6 pm to interact with our local heroes and experience some of the tools and equipment they use in their everyday duties. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet the brave individuals who protect and serve Jefferson County and to learn more about their important work.

Get ready for Craft & Market Day at the Jefferson County Fair on Friday, July 12! This is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to display and sell crafts, flowers, and market items in a lively and welcoming environment. We invite all artisans, crafters, and market enthusiasts to join us and share their unique products with the fairgoers.

The spirit of this event is a craft fair and market day, so please ensure that all products sold and displayed are family friendly. No soliciting people to your booth is allowed, and if you have any questions about the guidelines, feel free to ask before signing up. Please note that ready-to-eat food or beverage sales are not permitted. Participants can secure a spot online (see below) with a $30.00 entry fee for each 10x20 outdoor space. Be sure to sign up by the July 8th deadline!

The event will take place in the "Heart of the Park," located between the activity building and the dairy barn. Market Day will run from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, providing ample time for everyone to explore and shop. Please be prepared, as there will not be electricity, chairs, or tables available. Tents are encouraged to make your setup comfortable and inviting.

Join Us for Tractor Day at the Jefferson County Fair!

Get ready for Tractor Day at the Jefferson County Fair on Saturday, July 13! This event is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who wants to showcase their tractor(s) and share their passion with fellow enthusiasts and fairgoers. We invite everyone to bring their tractors to the fair for a day of fun and excitement.

Participants will display their tractors in the "Heart of the Park," located between the activity building and the dairy barn. The public will have the chance to judge the tractors, making this a truly interactive experience. Judging will be open from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, with a designated area for the public to receive judging forms and voting instructions. The top 5 "Best of Show" tractors will be awarded trophies at 3:30 pm. To join the fun, register below with a $10.00 entry fee per tractor. All fees will directly support the awards, and the registration deadline is July 8th.

To cap off the day, there will be a thrilling tractor parade around the fairgrounds at 4:00 pm, with tractors exiting through gate 14. Don’t miss this exciting event at the Jefferson County Fair!

Join Us for the Classic Car Show at the Jefferson County Fair!

Calling all classic car enthusiasts! On Sunday, July 14, bring your beloved classic car(s) to the fair and show off your pride and joy. This is the perfect opportunity to display your automotive treasures and share your passion with fellow car lovers. The entry fee is just $10.00 per car, with all fees directly supporting the awards.

We are letting the fairgoers decide the winners! The public will have the exciting task of judging the cars and casting their votes for the best of the best. Head over to the Heart of the Park, where all the classic cars will be showcased for the day. Judging will be open from 8:00 am to Noon. Simply view the cars, receive a judging form, and vote for your favorite! The top 5 "Best of Show" cars will be awarded trophies at 12:30 pm.
