The Jefferson County Fair believes the national YQCA program is beneficial for animal auction participants; therefore, YQCA certification is a requirement for all JCF auction participants. The YQCA program is found on-line at https://yqcaprogram.org. Participants who complete the program must print course completion certificate and submit it to the Fair by down loading it with their Fair entries by June 1st at 11:59 p.m..
