The Jefferson County Fair will take place July 12-16, 2023!
Vendors applications will be available in Spring 2023!
Vendors are required to staff their booths Wednesday - Saturday from 11am - 9pm and Sunday from 11am - 6pm. Longer hours are allowed.
Serious inquires only - If you are not able to staff your booth for all hours, please do not apply to be a vendor.
Vendors spaces include 10 tickets for employees to use to enter the Fair. Any additional tickets can be purchased through the Fair Office ranging from $6.00 - $12.00 per ticket. If you anticipate needing additional tickets the best price of the year is during our Black Friday - Cyber Monday
Grandstand vendors in Section E will have limited hours and only need to be open when there are events happening in the Grandstand.
Wednesday - 10:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Thursday - Saturday 6:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Sunday - 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
