2026-2027 Rates

All reservations will be charged an additional 5.5% sales tax, with a 3.2% credit card processing fee.

Indoor Storage:

$20 per foot - measure from tip to end (bumper to hitch, etc)

Price is determined by foot. When you arrive, all units will be measured, and discrepancies in price will be accounted for.
Features covered and secured storage, with no exposure to the elements.

Outdoor Covered Storage:

$15 per foot - measure from tip to end (bumper to hitch, etc)

Partially enclosed space: features a roof over the top of your unit with sides of the buildings open. Minimal exposure to the elements

Important Note Regarding Height of Units: Your unit must be under 12 feet at it's highest point to qualify for this rate!

Outdoor Uncovered Storage:

$150 flat rate

Price is one flat rate, not by foot.
Units will be uncovered, but within gates that will be locked at all times.

Optional Support Fees:

Customers will be charged a $50 fee for any Fair Park assistance during drop-off or pickup (jumping a unit for you, putting air in your tires, or helping if your unit is on electrical jacks)
If you need access to your unit during Winter Storage, you may be charged an additional fee for staff assistance (i.e. if the barn is snowed in, if your unit is in an inaccessible location, etc).
