Upfront Pricing:

Sales tax and credit card fees will be added to your total. Sales tax is mandatory, but credit card fees can be avoided.

State Sales Tax:

Wisconsin State Sales Tax (5.5%) is applied on the total sum of all orders.

Credit Card Fees:

Purchases made by credit/debit card online, over the phone, or in the office will be subject to a 3.19% + $0.90 transaction fee. When paying online, these fees will be reflected in the total at checkout. To avoid this fee, cash or check purchases may be made at the Jefferson County Fair Park office.

2025-2026 Rates

Indoor Storage:

$20 per foot

Price is determined by foot. When you arrive, all units will be measured, and discrepancies in price will be accounted for.
Features covered and secured storage, with no exposure to the elements.

Outdoor Covered Storage:

There will be a price change for this rate for 2026-2027 Storage. More information to come in August of 2026!

$175 flat rate

Price is one flat rate, not by foot. Please measure your unit to ensure accuracy of Winter Storage Records (on our end).
Features a roof over the top of your unit, minimizing the exposure to the elements. While the sides of the buildings are open, Fair Park gates that will be locked from 8pm-7am throughout the Winter.
No access to battery/electric, so we suggest taking it out upon drop off

Important Note Regarding Height of Units!: Your unit must be under 12 feet at it's highest point! If your unit is over 12 feet, you will have to pay the difference to go into indoor storage, or we can partially refund you to go into outdoor uncovered storage.

Outdoor Uncovered Storage:

$150 flat rate

Price is one flat rate, not by foot. Please measure your unit to ensure accuracy of Winter Storage Records (on our end).
Units will be uncovered, but within gates that will be locked most times.

Winter Storage Support Fees:
If during Winter Storage (mostly pickup), you are in need of support in the form of changing a tire or starting a battery, you can pay $50 for our staff to help you out.
