Rates

Our winter storage rates depend on your location, and size of your unit. The 2025-2026 rates are as follows:

Indoor Storage:

$20 per foot, with a 5.5% tax added onto the total.

• Price is determined by foot. When you arrive, all units will be measured, and discrepancies in price will be accounted for.
• Features covered and secured storage, with no exposure to the elements.
• All buildings will be locked at all times, so if you need access to your unit you must let us know ahead of time.
• No access to battery/electric, so we suggest taking it out upon drop off

Outdoor Covered Storage:

$175 + 5.5% tax rate. Total is a one time flat rate of $184.63

• Price is one flat rate, not by foot. Please measure your unit to ensure accuracy of Winter Storage Records (on our end).
• Features a roof over the top of your unit, minimizing the exposure to the elements. While the sides of the buildings are open, Fair Park gates that will be locked from 8pm-7am throughout the Winter.
• No access to battery/electric, so we suggest taking it out upon drop off

Important Note Regarding Height of Units!: The clearance of the outdoor covered buildings (barns) will not fit all units. You must accurately measure the height of your unit to the absolute highest point to ensure your spot. If you do not fit, you will be able to get a partial refund and be moved to outdoor uncovered storage, or may have the option to pay the discrepancy to receive indoor storage.

Outdoor Uncovered Storage:

$150 + 5.5% tax rate. Total is a one-time flat rate of $158.25

• Price is one flat rate, not by foot. Please measure your unit to ensure accuracy of Winter Storage Records (on our end).
• Units will be uncovered, but within gates that will be locked most times.
• No access to battery/electric, so we suggest taking it out upon drop off
